'The Strangers: Chapter 1' News And Sneak Peek Images

Madelaine Petsch took to Instagram to share her role in the upcoming and highly-anticipated The Strangers sequel; The Strangers: Chapter 1, due in theaters May 17, 2024. This is exciting news, since we haven't heard too much about the franchise since the badass sequel in 2018, The Strangers: Prey at Night.

This iteration, directed by Renny Harlin, follows a couple on a road trip who become the prey of mysterious masked strangers at their remote vacation rental. Written by Alan R. Cohen, Alan Freedland, and Bryan Bertino, and produced by Courtney Solomon, Mark Canton, Christopher Milburn, Charlie Dombek, Gary Raskin, and Alastair Burlingham, The Strangers: Chapter 1 also stars Froy Gutierrez, Gabriel Basso, and Ema Horvath.
