How Will Eden In The New 'Children Of The Corn' Adaptation Compare To Malachai? [News]

From RLJE Films, and director Kurt Wimmer, comes the latest iteration of Stephen King's short story of the same name, Children of the Corn.

Possessed by a spirit in a dying cornfield, a twelve-year-old girl in Nebraska recruits the other children in her small town to go on a bloody rampage, and kill all the adults, and anyone else who opposes her. A bright high schooler who won't go along with the plan is the town's only hope of survival.

Eden, played by Kate Moyer, seems to be this adaptation's answer for the fearsome Malachai, which is sure to bring another level of fear (because we all know how terrifying little girls an be). It also stars Elena Kampouris, Callan Mulvey, and Bruce Spence.

Children of the Corn is due in theaters on March 3, 2023, and will be available on demand and digital on March 21, 2023.
