Kayla is an entertainment writer and reporter, horror and haunt critic, and host of true crime and cannabis podcast, High Crime - which will soon transition to cannabis and horror movie podcast, Elevated Horror. She spends most of her time watching and reviewing horror films and TV series, playing with her rescue dog Daisy (a terrier mix!), getting tattoos, and sporting looks that make her family ask, “Why are you wearing a costume?”

Kayla also has experience event planning a summit, curating a content creator curriculum for young writers in ENTITY Academy, moderating panels with esteemed speakers, mentoring interns, and in search engine optimization and social media management for a brand.
